How to Rent: Terms, Requirements & Payments

We have made the process to rent as simple as possible, but there are necessary legal requirements we must follow to protect both our vehicles and our clients.

Documents and Age Policy

The minimal age for car rental in Dubai is 21 years. If you have already reached this age, all is in order. To conclude the treaty (contract), the following is required:

Passport: An original passport is mandatory.
Visa: A copy of your entry stamp or resident visa.
License: A valid driver’s license from your home country.

CRITICAL UPDATE: International Driving Permit (IDP) Requirements 2025

Please pay close attention to this section. I am very sorry to report, but from September 1, 2025, new legislative requirements will enter into force in the UAE. According to the Federal Decree-Law, the company is obliged to check the presence at the client of a valid driver’s certificate, recognized in the UAE—be it a national certificate (for citizens of countries-exceptions) or an International Driving Permit (IDP).

Earlier, the company could have a flexible policy, but now we cannot go on such a risk—possible consequences include large fines and even the threat of closing the business.

If you do not have an International Driving Permit, we are ready to help you arrange it.

This will allow you to fully correspond to requirements and avoid refusal in the lease. In the opposite case, unfortunately, rental will be impossible, insofar as we cannot violate the legislation. Payment and Security Deposit

You determine yourself which variant of payment is more convenient to you—by bank card or cash. We accept payments in USD as well as in the local currency, AED.

Method: The deposit is accepted only by a named bank card belonging to the face concluding the treaty!
Card Type: You must use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Electron).
Process: The sum on your card is blocked for 21 days.
Refund: Upon expiration of the term, we check the presence of fines for exceeding speed and passage on a red light. In the absence of fines, the sum of the deposit returns to your card.
